IQAC

The IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) ensures continuous quality upgradation of the college, focusing on enhancing academic standards and institutional performance. It monitors and evaluates factors for the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) ranking, ensuring compliance with criteria like teaching-learning processes, research and innovation, library facilities, infrastructure, and student support services. The IQAC promotes faculty development, student feedback mechanisms, and best practices to ensure the college meets national and international standards. Additionally, the cell implements innovative teaching methodologies, academic audits, and quality improvement strategies for holistic development and a conducive environment.

Training & Placement

The Training & Placement Cell plays a pivotal role in preparing commerce students for the professional world. It acts as a bridge between academic learning and industry requirements, focusing on enhancing the overall employability of students. Through a range of initiatives such as resume-building workshops, aptitude training, soft skills development, and mock interviews, the cell ensures that students are job-ready and confident. Regular industry interactions, expert guest lectures, and internship opportunities help students gain practical insights into sectors like finance, banking, insurance, accounting, and retail.

Anti-Ragging

Ragging in any form is banned inside and outside the campus. Strict action will be taken against persons flouting this rule; no leniency will be shown. Institute has a well-established Discipline and Anti-Ragging Cell. The Cell's responsibility is to ensure that students maintain discipline in the classrooms and within the college campus. Members of the cell regularly go on rounds to each and every classroom to make note of delinquent behaviour and to make sure that the college campus is free from ragging and eve-teasing. The Cell takes severe punitive action against students indulging in such atrocious activities.

SC/ST/ OBC Cell

The Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) Cell is a vital component of educational institutions, dedicated to supporting students from SC/ST backgrounds. Its primary purpose is to provide assistance and guidance to these students, ensuring they have equal opportunities for academic success and personal growth. The cell also works to promote an inclusive environment, addressing any discrimination or barriers that may exist. Additionally, it implements various policies and schemes aimed at empowering SC/ST students and ensuring their holistic development.

Discipline Cell

The Discipline Cell is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and harmonious campus environment that promotes academic excellence and personal integrity. It works proactively to instill values such as punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior among students. The cell ensures that students adhere to institutional rules and regulations, and it addresses issues related to misconduct, indiscipline, or violations of the code of conduct with fairness and transparency. Through regular awareness sessions and counseling, the Discipline Cell encourages students to develop self-discipline, respect for peers and faculty, and a strong sense of accountability, fostering a positive learning atmosphere across the campus.

SSIP & Entrepreneurship Dev. Cell

The SSIP & Entrepreneurship Development Cell is dedicated to nurturing innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit among students. Under the framework of the Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP), the cell encourages students to transform their ideas into viable business models and startups. It provides mentorship, technical support, and access to resources for prototype development and project incubation. The cell also organizes workshops, boot camps, expert talks, and startup exposure visits to instill entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills. By fostering a culture of innovation and self-reliance, the cell aims to empower students to become job creators rather than job seekers.

Student Counseling Cell

The Student Counseling Cell in the commerce college is dedicated to supporting students' emotional well-being and academic success throughout their educational journey. Recognizing the unique pressures faced by commerce students—such as competitive career planning, academic workload, and future uncertainty—the cell offers confidential guidance to help them manage stress, improve focus, and maintain mental balance. It assists students in handling challenges related to academic performance, time management, and career decisions. Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box.
